Where can I check materials and care?

Start with Materials & Care. Composition, coatings and skin-contact parts must be checked for the individual product; a style name or photograph does not confirm them.

What if I have sensitive skin?

Read the sensitive skin and nickel guide. If the product information does not answer your material questions, contact us before ordering.

What should I check about delivery?

See shipping and privacy questions. Availability, dispatch timing, delivery options and costs need to be checked for your item and destination. If you need it by a particular date, ask before placing an order.

Will the packaging or billing identify the purchase?

Check packaging, sender information and the payment description before ordering if privacy matters to you. The shipping page explains what to ask; do not assume every delivery or payment method displays the same information.

Where can I find return and exchange information?

Read Returns & Exchanges before ordering. Ask about eligibility, the applicable timeframe and shipping costs if anything is unclear. For an existing order, include your order number in your message.

What should I include when asking about a product?

Send the product link or name, the variant you are considering and your specific question through Contact. For delivery questions, include the destination country. You do not need to describe the personal meaning of your purchase.
