  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Discreet Collars by Lady Samantha is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    FedEx does not support all shipping options to all countries.  Please check with FedEx.com to see if the shipping option you would like is available to your country.  If Fedex does not offer the shipping option you selected, you will be responsible for the difference in price between the option you selected and the next available option.  We will not charge you for the most expensive option unless it is the only shipping option available to your country.



  • Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for products damaged during shipping only.  Product must be returned in original packaging to verify shipping damage before refund will be issued.  If you would like a replacement instead of a refund, please allow 2-4 weeks to re-make product before re-shipment as products are individually hand crafted.



  • Miscellaneous

  • VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
    Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Discreet Collars by Lady Samantha and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide.     BACKORDERED ITEMS:  All back orders will be shipped in 4-6 weeks.  These items are hand crafted and it takes time to re-make any item that is not currently in stock.  Your patience is greatly appreciated.
